Mashed Potatoes With Sour Cream

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 large russet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup 2% low-fat milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 dice potatoes and boil until fork-tender; strain.
  • 2 combine boiled potatoes and remaining ingredients.
  • 3 mash by hand or with electric mixer for a lighter texture.
  • 4 note: depending on your taste, you can increase or decrease the amount of sour cream and milk.
