- 6 large russet potatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup 2% low-fat milk

- garlic (optional)
Recipe
- 1 dice potatoes and boil until fork-tender; strain.
- 2 combine boiled potatoes and remaining ingredients.
- 3 mash by hand or with electric mixer for a lighter texture.
- 4 note: depending on your taste, you can increase or decrease the amount of sour cream and milk.
