Dumplings

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup flour

Recipe

  • 1 mix 2 cups of flour with chicken broth and salt to form soft dough.
  • 2 spread 1/2 c flour on bread board.
  • 3 put dough on top.
  • 4 let cool.
  • 5 roll out and cut 1" x 2" strips.
  • 6 let dry 15 minutes.
  • 7 drop into boiling broth/stew and simmer for 15- 20 minutes.
