Dottie's Apple Cake

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

• 3 eggs, beaten well
• 1 3/4 cups sugar
• 1 cup oil
• 2 cups self-rising flour
• 1 teaspoon allspice
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
• 2 cups diced apples
• 1 cup confectioners' sugar
• 1 -2 tablespoon milk

Recipe

• 1 mix all of the cake ingredients above with a spoon.
• 2 pour into tube or bundt pan.
• 3 bake in 375 f.
• 4 oven for 50 minutes.
• 5 let cake cool.
• 6 mix glaze to desired consistency and drizzle over cooled cake.
