- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 4 tablespoons parsley
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- 2 add steak tips and marinade overnight.
- 3 discard marinade after taking steak tips out for cooking.
