- 6 ears corn, shucked
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 teaspoons chipotle chiles in adobo, minced
- salt
- sliced scallion
Recipe
- 1 preheat grill to medium-high.
- 2 grill corn, turning often, until marks appear, 10-15 minutes.
- 3 combine butter, orange juices, chipotles and salt.
- 4 pour over grilled corn. garnish with scallions.
