Superfoodsrx Granola

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
  • 1/8 cup dried blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  • 2 in a bowl mix together the ingredients in the order listed, thoroughly mixing after each addition.
  • 3 spread the mixture on a jelly roll pan sprayed for 2 seconds with cooking spray.
  • 4 bake for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
  • 5 bake until the oats are golden brown.
  • 6 cool and store in an airtight container or resealable plastic bags.
