Spinach With Lemon & Garlic

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon, zest of
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 1/2 lbs fresh spinach, qashed,stems removed

Recipe

  • 1 heat the oil in a large pan or wok and saute the garlic until golden.
  • 2 turn heat to medium and add the lemon juice, zest, salt& pepper& spinach.
  • 3 stir the spinach until barely wilted.
  • 4 serve immediately, lifting the spinach out with tongs.
  • 5 leave the liquid behind.
  • 6 check your seasoning.
