Spinach With Lemon & Garlic

Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon, zest of
- salt & pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs fresh spinach, qashed,stems removed
Recipe
- 1 heat the oil in a large pan or wok and saute the garlic until golden.
- 2 turn heat to medium and add the lemon juice, zest, salt& pepper& spinach.
- 3 stir the spinach until barely wilted.
- 4 serve immediately, lifting the spinach out with tongs.
- 5 leave the liquid behind.
- 6 check your seasoning.
