Easy Ceviche

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb pre-cooked shrimp (thawed, if frozen)
  • 12 ounces prepared pico de gallo
  • 8 ounces seafood cocktail sauce
  • 1 cup mix
  • 1 lime, juice of
  • 1 -2 avocado, chopped (optional)
  • tortilla chips

Recipe

  • 1 drain shrimp and place in bowl.
  • 2 add pico de gallo, cocktail sauce, mix and lime juice.
  • 3 mix together. add in avacado, if desired.
  • 4 serve with tortilla chips.
