Dorito Mexican Salad

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 -3 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 (15 ounce) can bush's red beans
- 1 (8 ounce) bottle kraft french catalina dressing
- 1/2 cup water (use dressing bottle)
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- lettuce, shredded
- tomato, chopped
- grated cheddar cheese
- dorito's nacho chip
Recipe
- 1 in large skillet brown ground beef.
- 2 drain and return to skillet.
- 3 stir in onion and continue to cook 5 minutes.
- 4 add seasonings, red beans, salad dressing and water.
- 5 (note: fill salad dressing bottle half way and shake well before adding to ground beef mixture.).
- 6 stir to mix and allow to simmer over medium low heat 15 minutes.
- 7 place dorito's chips on plate- crush slightly if desired.
- 8 spoon meat& bean mixture over top and garnish with lettuce, tomatoes& cheese.
