Dorito & Cheese Casserole --

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans nacho cheese soup
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 (10 ounce) can tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
- 13 ounces doritos, lightly crushed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef or 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 1/2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 3 -4 green onion tops, chopped
Recipe
- 1 combine and heat the soup, water and tomatoes, set aside.
- 2 cook the onion and ground beef, or chicken, until browned, drain.
- 3 place 1/2 of the doritos in a sprayed 9x13x2" casserole.
- 4 cover with the browned beef.
- 5 spread the soup mixture over the meat layer.
- 6 add the remaining crushed doritos.
- 7 top with the cheese.
- 8 bake 350 degrees, 25-30 minutes, or until bubbling hot and slightly browned.
- 9 garnish with chopped green onion tops.
