- 1 tablespoon large pearl tapioca
- 8 ounces limeade (any green drink, the darker the better)
Recipe
- 1 soak your tapioca overnight.
- 2 simmer 15 minutes in lots of water (5x tapioca).
- 3 refrigerate to cool down (up to 4 days.
- 4 when ready to serve, rinse tapioca thoroughly.
- 5 place pearls in the bottom of a glass.
- 6 pour drink on top.
