Dutch Apple Cake

Ingredients

- 6 apples
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup light cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 pare and slice 6 large apples
- 2 place in buttered baking dish
- 3 mix 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon salt anf butter
- 4 cover apples with this mixture
- 5 sift together flour sugar salt cinnamon baking powder
- 6 add cream
- 7 pour over apples
- 8 sprinkle topping that has been mixed topgether over flour mixture
- 9 bake in moderate oven til apples are soft and crust browned im guessing 35 minutes at 375 degrees check though.
