Ingredients

• 2 cups water
• 1 teaspoon baking soda

Recipe

• 1 heat water in a pot.
• 2 add baking soda.
• 3 stir well until completely dissolved.
• 4 remove from flame.
• 5 allow to cool completely.
• 6 pour into a jar with nozzle and use as a mouthwash.
