Mango Lassi

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1 1/2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup mango pulp
  • 1/2 cup milk or 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 -2 tablespoon honey or 1 -2 tablespoon sugar
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until combined. add the ice and blend until frothy or serve over crushed ice.
  • 2 *fresh, canned or frozen mango may be substituted for the mango pulp. if using a fresh mango, peel, remove the flesh from the pit and cut mango into small pieces before putting in the blender.
