- 1/2 cup onion, chopped fine
- 2 pints grape tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

- 1 heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat; add onions and cook, while stirring, until golden, about 1 minute.
- 2 add tomatoes, season with oregano, and cook, stirring occasionally, until some of the tomatoes burst, about 5 to 7 minutes.
