North Croatian Horseradish Sauce #2

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 300 g horseradish (whole root)
  • 30 g butter
  • 30 g flour (all purpose)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 5 g salt

Recipe

  • 1 grate horseradish. make béchamel sauce: melt butter, add flour and stir. add milk slowly and stir until you get creamy sauce. add salt and grated horseradish, stir well and keep warm. serve.
