Dreamcycle Dessert Cups

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1 (3 ounce) box orange gelatin
• 2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
• 1 cup boiling water

Recipe

• 1 heat one cup of water in a pyrex measuring cup in microwave until boiling; approximately.
• 2 2 minutes.
• 3 add gelatin to the cup of boiling water; blend until crystals are dissolved.
• 4 slowly add the two cups of softened vanilla ice cream to gelating.
• 5 blend in ice cream with a wire wisk.
• 6 in four dessert cups or bowls, divided gelatin ice cream mixture and place into cups.
• 7 refrigerate for 20 minutes or until mixture is chilled.
• 8 serve.
• 9 can top with cool whip.
