Sauteed Chinese Broccoli

Total Time: 21 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 11 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 cups packed chinese broccoli, 2 inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in medium nonstick skillet.
  • 2 add garlic; saute 1 minute.
  • 3 rinse broccoli under cold water.
  • 4 do not pat dry.
  • 5 add broccoli to skillet; saute over high heat 5 minutes, stirring until limp.
  • 6 add soy sauce.
