Lemon Whip Dessert

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 70 butter flavored crackers (ritz)
  • 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2 teaspoons confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 6 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed

Recipe

  • 1 crush 70 qty crackers in plastic baggie with rolling pin.
  • 2 in a mixing bowl combine the crushed crackers, sugar and melted butter. reserve 1/3 cup for sprinkling on top (if desired).
  • 3 press into bottom of a 9x13 pan.
  • 4 in separate bowl blend together the lemonade, sweetened condensed milk and whipped topping.
  • 5 pour over crust in 9x13 pan.
  • 6 refrigerate until cool.
  • 7 if desired, garnish with thin lemon slices.
