- 4 large potatoes
- olive oil (for deep frying)
Recipe
- 1 peel potatoes, and cut into thick chunky chips.
- 2 place in a saucepan of water and bring to the boil.
- 3 drain well.
- 4 deep fry in hot olive oil, until golden.
- 5 drain on some paper towel.
- 6 enjoy!
