Plum Clafouti Sans Dough

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 12 plums, washed and quartered
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, combined with sugar
  • 1 teaspoon butter

Recipe

  • 1 marinate the plums in lemon juice for 10 minutes.
  • 2 in a nonstick frying pan, heat the butter and add the plums.
  • 3 sprinkle the cinnamon sugar evenly over the plums.
  • 4 cook on low, until al dente.
  • 5 serve at room temperature (preferably with a scoop of ice cream).
