Easy 3-step Macaroni Salad Everybody Loves

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) package salad macaroni, cooked al dente (if you use a 2 pound bag salad macaroni, it doubles easily)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup mustard
  • 1 tablespoon celery salt
  • 3/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1 (2 ounce) jar pimientos
  • 1 (2 1/4 ounce) can olives, wedges
  • 3 -4 stalks celery
  • 3 -4 green onions
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs

Recipe

  • 1 cool the macaroni in cold water, let drain for a few minutes.
  • 2 (1.) stir in the mayonaise, mustard, and celery salt.
  • 3 (2.) dump in the relish, undrained pimentos, & drained olives, stir.
  • 4 (3.) cut up the celery & onions, stir them into the salad.
  • 5 last, cut up the eggs, add them to the salad.
  • 6 if you can make this 4-8 hours ahead, or the day before, it 'settles' the flavors together deliciously!
