Ingredients

- 3 avocados
- 1 small tomato
- 1 red chili pepper, deseeded
- 1/2 lime, squeezed
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 put avocados, chili pepper, lime juice, coriander in food processor and process.
- 2 remove seeds from tomato and cut flesh in very small bits, stir in the avocado mixture.
- 3 season with salt and pepper to taste.
