- 2 cups granny smith apples (pared, cored and sliced, or use your favorite cooking apple)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup natural apple
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 bring apples, brown sugar, and apple to a boil, then simmer gently for one hour, stirring occasionally.
- 2 remove from heat, add cinnamon, then mix in a blender or food processor until smooth.
