Ingredients

- 2 lbs flour
- 6 eggs
- 4 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- oil, to fry
- powdered sugar
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs, add milk and vanilla and beat again.
- 2 sift dry ingredients into a large bowl.
- 3 add egg mixture and beat until smooth.
- 4 heat oil to 400 degree.
- 5 pour 1/2 cup of batter into a funnel.
