- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 cream butter and sugar. add the lemon zest. add egg, then sifted dry ingredients.
- 2 divide between 2 buttered 9" pie tins. bake 375 degrees, 20 minutes.
