Dutch Butter Cakes

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 cream butter and sugar. add the lemon zest. add egg, then sifted dry ingredients.
  • 2 divide between 2 buttered 9" pie tins. bake 375 degrees, 20 minutes.
