Dutch Apple Pie

Ingredients

- 5 -6 apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour (or more)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 400.
- 2 toss apples with lemon juice.
- 3 blend the other filling ingredients.
- 4 add apples and raisins.
- 5 pour into unbaked pie shell.
- 6 topping:.
- 7 melt margarine.
- 8 add oats, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
- 9 sprinkle over pie mixture and slightly press down with hands.
- 10 bake at 400 for 40-45 minutes or until topping is brown and apples are tender.
