Dutch Apple Pie

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup oil
- water
- 2 lbs apples
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 dash salt
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2/3 cup flour
Recipe
- 1 mix crust ingredients first. make sure that when you are adding water that you do not add to much. you do not want your crust to be too sticky.
- 2 roll out crust, place in bottom of 9 inch pie plate.
- 3 mix filing ingredients together and place on crust.
- 4 mix topping ingredients, cutting with fork till crumbly.
- 5 bake pie in oven for 400 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
