Dutch Apple Pie

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • water
  • 2 lbs apples
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup flour

Recipe

  • 1 mix crust ingredients first. make sure that when you are adding water that you do not add to much. you do not want your crust to be too sticky.
  • 2 roll out crust, place in bottom of 9 inch pie plate.
  • 3 mix filing ingredients together and place on crust.
  • 4 mix topping ingredients, cutting with fork till crumbly.
  • 5 bake pie in oven for 400 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
