Dusty Candy Lamb Chops

Total Time: 23 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 18 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 center-cut lamb chops, 1 1/4 inch thick
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon chinese five spice powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup
  • 1 cup apple juice

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
  • 2 combine flour, five spice powder, salt and pepper.
