Pink Onions

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 red onions, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar

Recipe

  • 1 cover onions with boiling water. let stand 5 minutes. drain.
  • 2 cover again with boiling water for another 5 minutes. drain.
  • 3 combine vinegar and sugar and pour over onions. store in jars in refrigerator. serve cold.
