Ingredients

- 4 red onions, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
Recipe
- 1 cover onions with boiling water. let stand 5 minutes. drain.
- 2 cover again with boiling water for another 5 minutes. drain.
- 3 combine vinegar and sugar and pour over onions. store in jars in refrigerator. serve cold.
