Parsley Potatoes

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 2 1/2 lbs potatoes, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons corn oil
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cook peeled potatoes in boiling water until tender and drain.
  • 2 cool potatoes slightly and cube.
  • 3 pour corn oil over potatoes and toss gently.
  • 4 add parsley flakes and seasoning.
