- 2 1/2 lbs potatoes, peeled
- 2 tablespoons corn oil
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook peeled potatoes in boiling water until tender and drain.
- 2 cool potatoes slightly and cube.
- 3 pour corn oil over potatoes and toss gently.
- 4 add parsley flakes and seasoning.
