- 1 -2 teaspoon garlic
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 15 ounces petite diced tomatoes
Recipe
- 1 saute onions and garlic in oil.
- 2 add salt, chili powder and flour to make a paste.
- 3 stir in tomatoes with juice.
- 4 simmer 5-10 minutes.
