Easy Alfredo Sauce

Total Time: 6 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 4 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 2/3 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 throw everything but the parsley into the blender & buzz it on high speed for about 20 seconds.
  • 2 place sauce in a cold non stick pan, add parsley, turn heat to medium high & stir with a spatula or wooden spoon making sure to scrape the bottom of the pan to prevent milk from scalding & sticking.
  • 3 bring sauce to a boil for 30 seconds to thicken then turn off until pasta is ready to be added.
