Ingredients

- 3 cups whole milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
- 2/3 cup parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 throw everything but the parsley into the blender & buzz it on high speed for about 20 seconds.
- 2 place sauce in a cold non stick pan, add parsley, turn heat to medium high & stir with a spatula or wooden spoon making sure to scrape the bottom of the pan to prevent milk from scalding & sticking.
- 3 bring sauce to a boil for 30 seconds to thicken then turn off until pasta is ready to be added.
