- 3 -4 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
- 1 (1 ounce) package brown gravy mix
- 1 1/2 cups apple juice
Recipe
- 1 spray crock pot with nonstick cooking spray and place roast inside.
- 2 whisk together soup mix, gravy mix, and apple juice in a bowl and pour over roast.
- 3 cook on low for 6-8 hours.
