Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans of golden sweet corn
- 3/4 ounce laughing cow cheese, pasteurized cheese (laughing cow three wedges)
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped (or more)
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- creole seasoning, to taste (i use tony chachere's)
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in a 2-quart pot and cook on medium heat until done.
- 2 this is spicy so adjust seasonings and peppers to taste.
