Spicy Mexican Corn!

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans of golden sweet corn
  • 3/4 ounce laughing cow cheese, pasteurized cheese (laughing cow three wedges)
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped (or more)
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
  • creole seasoning, to taste (i use tony chachere's)

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients in a 2-quart pot and cook on medium heat until done.
  • 2 this is spicy so adjust seasonings and peppers to taste.
