Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups mangoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup golden raisin
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Recipe
- 1 peel and seed the mangoes and cut into 1/2 inch cubes.
- 2 combine with the other ingredients in a deep 2 quart microwave safe dish. mix well.
- 3 cook on high for 6 minutes.
- 4 cool, cover and refridgerate.
