Lemon Curd

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 lemons
  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs

Recipe

  • 1 zest the lemons and juice the lemons.
  • 2 combine the zest, juice, butter, and sugar and place in a small saucepan over low heat.
