Easy Chicken Dijon

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- kosher salt, scant to taste
- pepper
- garlic powder
- red pepper flakes
- 3/4 cup light sour cream
- 3/4 cup dijon mustard
- 3/4 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2 season chicken to your taste.
- 3 in a small bowl, mix well the sour cream and dijon mustard- set aside.
- 4 dip each seasoned breast in sour cream/ mustard mixture, coating well.
- 5 dredge each coated breast in seasoned bread crumbs.
- 6 arrange pieces in a a 13 x 9 baking pan.
- 7 bake for 50 minutes or until thickest part is no longer pink.
