Easy Chicken Dijon

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • kosher salt, scant to taste
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • red pepper flakes
  • 3/4 cup light sour cream
  • 3/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 3/4 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2 season chicken to your taste.
  • 3 in a small bowl, mix well the sour cream and dijon mustard- set aside.
  • 4 dip each seasoned breast in sour cream/ mustard mixture, coating well.
  • 5 dredge each coated breast in seasoned bread crumbs.
  • 6 arrange pieces in a a 13 x 9 baking pan.
  • 7 bake for 50 minutes or until thickest part is no longer pink.
