Easy Chicken Marinara With Artichokes

Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can low sodium artichoke hearts
- 1 (25 ounce) jar of your favorite marinara sauce (i prefer emeril's marinara)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 rinse and pat dry chicken.
- 3 spray pan (i use disposable) with cooking spray or spread a little olive oil on pan.
- 4 place chicken in pan.
- 5 pour sauce over chicken.
- 6 spread artichoke hearts over chicken.
- 7 bake for approximately 40 minutes.
