Easy Chicken Stir-fry With Rice

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • oil, for stir-frying
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen stir fry vegetables
  • 2 cups uncooked minute white rice

Recipe

  • 1 cook and stir chicken and garlic in a small amount of oil on medium-high heat for 5 minutes or until cooked through.
  • 2 add 1 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup soy sauce, sugar, and vegetables.
