Easy Chicken Jalfrezi With Vegetables

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 3 carrots, peeled and cubed
- 2 cups leftover cubed roasted cooked chicken
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) jar patak original jalfrezi cooking sauce
- 7 ounces water or 7 ounces chicken broth
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
Recipe
- 1 over medium heat, heat olive oil in heavy frying pan.
- 2 saute onion, potatoes and carrots until browned.
- 3 add chicken, sauce, green peppers and broth.
- 4 heat to just a boil, cover and reduce to low.
- 5 simmer on low until potatoes and carrots are tender at least 1 hour.
- 6 serve over rice.
