Easy Chicken Soft Tacos (rotisserie Chicken)

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 rotisserie-cooked chicken
- 2 (7 ounce) cans herdez salsa verde (or other brand)
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans or 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans
- 1 cup shredded mexican blend cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoons mexican seasoning
- 12 corn tortillas
Recipe
- 1 remove skin and bones from chicken and discard.
- 2 tear chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- 3 place in a medium skillet with salsa verde and seasoning.
- 4 cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until warmed.
- 5 spoon chicken into heated tortillas and top with beans and cheese.
- 6 serve with additional toppings if desired. (sour cream, cilantro, tomato, guacamole).
