- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce (can use low-sodium)
- 1/2 cup canola oil
Recipe
- 1 combine ingredients in ziploc bag or glass casserole dish big enough for your chicken.
- 2 add chicken pieces and marinate at least 3 hours, turning occasionally.
- 3 overnight is even better.
- 4 grill chicken as desired.
