• 1 thinly sliced strawberry (fanned and floated on top, as garnish)

• 1 in a champagne flute, add:.

• 3 3 drops orange bitters.
• 4 1 oz drambuie.
• 5 slowly top with:.
• 6 4 oz chilled blanc de noirs champagne.
• 7 splash campari.
• 8 3 drops rosewater.
• 9 garnish with a thinly-sliced strawberry fanned and floated on top.
