Dr. Ruth's Almost As Good As Sex Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 5 ounces graham cracker crumbs
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 5 tablespoons butter, melted
• 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 pinch salt
• 2 large eggs
• 3 tablespoons chambord raspberry liquor
• 8 ounces sour cream
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 tablespoon chambord raspberry liquor
• 1 cup raspberries, fresh

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
• 2 to prepare crust, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter.
• 3 press mixture firmly into bottom of 9" springform or cheesecake pan.
• 4 to make filling, mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and salt at medium speed with electric mixer.
• 5 add eggs, and mix until well blended.
• 6 using a fork, gently fold chambord into batter.
• 7 pour mixture into crust.
• 8 bake for approximately 40 minutes or until golden brown.
• 9 let cool and remove from pan.
• 10 to prepare topping, mix sour cream, sugar, vanilla, and chambord and spread evenly over cheesecake.
• 11 refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm.
• 12 top with fresh raspberries just before serving.
