Dragon Noodles

Ingredients

- 8 ounces linguine
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, instead
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- i used 2 tbls. soy sauce
- 2 sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
Recipe
- 1 cook linguine according to package.
- 2 while noodles are cooking prepare the sauce by mixing together the brown sugar, soy sauce in a small bowl and set aside to be used at the very end.
- 3 in a large skillet melt butter over medium/low heat. add the cayenne pepper to the butter as it melts.
- 4 whisk the eggs in a small bowl and then add it to the skillet with the melted butter.
- 5 stir and cook as if making scrambled eggs.
- 6 then turn off heat.
- 7 when linguine is done cooking, drain and add to the skillet with the cooked eggs.
- 8 also add the prepared sauce mixture.
- 9 turn the heat back onto low and stir everything to coat well and evaporate excess liquid.
- 10 sprinkle with green onions and parsley.
- 11 serve warm.
