Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 lb carrot, peeled and sliced
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in heavy saucepan.
- 2 stir in remaining ingredients.
- 3 add enough water to cover carrots and bring to boil.
- 4 reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, until liquid is reduced, 10 minutes.
