Libbies Butterscotch Meringue Pie

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup cream, sweet
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 egg whites, beaten stiff after pie cools

Recipe

  • 1 bring cream and brown sugar to a rolling boil, stirring constantly.
