Home Canned Whole Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
- 6 3/4 cups sugar
- 6 cups water
- 12 cups fresh cranberries
Recipe
- 1 combine sugar and the water in a 8 quart kettle.
- 2 stir till sugar is dissolved.
- 3 heat mixture to boiling. boil 5 minutes.
- 4 add the 12 cups of cranberries.
- 5 cook until skins pop, about 5 minutes.
- 6 remove from heat.
- 7 pack into hot jars leaving a 1/2 inch head space.
- 8 adjust the lids.
- 9 process in water bath for 5 minutes.
