- 16 dried apricots
- 8 teaspoons blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 ounces pistachios, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- ground pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 place ½ teaspoon blue cheese on each apricot.
- 2 sprinkle with pistachios and drizzle with honey.
- 3 pepper to taste.
